MWC Bistro, a spinoff of Ahwatukee’s My Wine Cellar, opens today in the former DownUnder Winebar building on the northeast corner of McQueen and Warner in Gilbert. Like its sibling, MWC Bistro offers more than 30 wines by the glass,
