Finally got the pairings for the summer’s final Beer & Ice Cream Social featuring SanTan Brewing beers at House of Brews in Gilbert:
- Mr. Pineapple wheat beer paired with Pineapple Express ice cream (made with Mr. Pineapple, caramel, Granny Smith apples, and pineapple)
- Negro Nitron black IPA paired with Black Piggy (Negro Nitron and bacon brittle)
- Hefeweizen paired with Bananas Foster (Hefeweizen, bananas, brown sugar, dark rum, and and banana liquor glaze)
- MoonJuice wheat IPA paired with Dark Side of the Moon (MoonJuice, chocolate, and tuiles)
Get all four house-made ice creams and all four beers for $14. The social is 2-4 p.m. Sunday.
