Fluff It Marshmallows, a familiar vendor at Valley farmers markets, now has a permanent home. Fluff It Marshmallows Cafe has opened on Gilbert Road, between Baseline and Guadalupe, in Gilbert.
The small store, which still sports a large “Bakery” sign from a previous tenant over the door, sells a variety of gourmet marshmallows, cookies, muffins, and other sweets.
The marshmallows come in a variety of flavors, such as strawberry cheesecake, coffee mocha, orange creamsicle, peanut butter cookie (pictured), and horchata.
The cafe also offers a S’mores Bar where you can choose a marshmallow, a cookie or cracker, and customize it with your choice of dips and toppings.
Tricia Medina started Fluff It in her Chandler home, selling her marshmallow products online and at farmers markets.
Fluff It is open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday.
