The Gilbert brewery has had six beers aging in spirit and wine barrels that will be tapped at 4 p.m. today:

  • AZBeerWeek2015Bier De Wassail batch 2014 aged in pinot barrels
  • New Brood batch fall 2014 aged in Superstition Meadery barrel (previously The Bruery Black Tuesday barrel)
  • Granola Stout aged in a 4 Roses barrel (thanks to Gilbert Convenience Mart barrel)
  • Barely wine Barleywine batch 2014 aged in Buffalo Trace and wine barrels (blend)
  • Sweet Potato Saison aged in tequila barrels
  • Pecan Pie Brown DBA first in Pappy barrels and then in rum barrels

It’ll cost you $4 for a 5-ounce pour of any of these, or $22 for a flight of all six.
