JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert will hold its monthly wine tasting at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
This month’s focus will be on French wines. The food and wine pairings:
- Jean-Luc Colombo Cotes du Rhone, Les Abeilles Rouge, paired with Coquilles St Jacques (scallop), Steak Tartare, and Magrets de Canard (duck breast).
- Novellum Chardonnay paired with Roasted Pear Salad.
- The Seeker Pinot Noir paired with Aligot, Coq au Vin, and Ratatoulle.
- Domaine de la Fruitiere Les Vignes Blanches paired with Lemon and Fresh Raspberry Dacquoise.
