On Tuesday, Cuisine & Wine Bistro in Gilbert and Chandler will launch a special holiday menu that will be available through Dec. 31.
Small plates:
- Foie gras terrine and toasted brioche
- Fabrice’s famous escargots (pictured)
- Sautéed mussels with parsley and garlic
- Salmon bruschetta
- Oysters
- Seafood soup (mussels, scallops, shrimp, fish)
Entrees:
- Sautéed scallops on a bed of leeks, served with rice pilaf
- Duck leg confit, served with sautéed potatoes
- Langouste (spiny lobster) Thermidor, served with rice pilaf
- Wild boar tenderloin, red Bordelaise sauce, served with a Pomme Duchesse
- Cold water Lobster Sauce Armoricaine, served with rice pilaf
- Filet Mignon Rossini wth foie gras, served with a Pomme Duchesse
- Swordfish steak, served with a zucchini salad
- Angus ribeye (14oz), Beurre Maitre d’Hotel, served with Sautéed Potatoes
Items will be rotated into the regular daily menu. Prices, which depend on market rates, still are being finalized.
On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, only the special menu will offered.
Cuisine & Wine will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
