Carne Asada Grills, a new quick-serve concept featuring burritos, tacos, and Sonoran hot dogs, has opened on the northeast corner of Dobson and Main in west Mesa.
Similar to the assmbly-line ordering process at Chipotle, customers choose a burrito ($7) or a taco ($3.50) – with choice of carne asada, grilled chicken, chicken tinga, or barbacoa cooked over a charcoal grill – or a bacon-wrapped hot dog ($3.50), then customize it with various toppings.
Toppings include chopped or grilled onions, beans, nacho cheese, cotija cheese, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, cilantro, cabbage, avocaso sauce, hot sauce, and more.
Horchata, jamaica, and lemonade are made fresh daily.
Carne Asada Grills is open from 10:30 a.m.-9 p.m. daily.
