Dilla Libre, formerly known as United Lunchadores Street Gourmet, will open its second bricks-and-mortar location in south Scottsdale next month. The quesadilla and street taco shop will take over the 2-year-old Pho King Asian-Mexican fusion restaurant on the northeast corner of Hayden and Thomas.
