Copper & Logs in Gilbert has released a special Valentine’s Day prix menu for two (click for larger version) with a glass of Prosecco for Sunday, Feb. 14.
Chef Mike Maitrel-Burgard’s menu features choices of three starters, three entrees and two desserts at $70 per person for the meal.
Starter choices are prosciutto and cantaloupe millefeuille; tuna and shrimp ceviche with lime crème fraîche; or eggplant Caprese topped with elote.
Entrée choices are duck breast and sautéed mushroom sauce, potato mousseline, and zucchini spaghetti; Atlantic salmon filet, beurre blanc, bell peppers polenta, and charred Brussels sprouts; or ratatouille risotto, garlic and parmesan roasted cauliflower steak, and tomato broth.
