Cuisine & Wine Bistro in south Chandler has released its special Valentine prix fixe menu (see larger version) of French cuisine with wine pairings for Sunday, Feb. 14.
Chef-owner Fabrice Buschtetz ’s menu begins with an amuse bouche – mini crab cakes with spicy aioli – followed by diners’ choice of two starters, crawfish bisque cappuccino or honey-glazed duck breast with cauliflower mousseline.
A goat cheese salad with mixed greens and roasted nuts is followed by a choice of three entrees: Lobster Thermidor with aged parmesan risotto; Beef Wellington au jus with a vegetable tian, or Wild Halibut Papillotte with beurre orange.
Dessert is a choice between raspberry and dark chocolate mousse or espresso crème brulee with chocolate truffle.
