Chesapeake Bay Seafood Bistro, which opened last June in Ahwatukee, has secured a BYOB exemption allowing diners to bring in their own 40 ounces of beer, 750 milliliters of wine, or 4 ounces of distilled spirits per person. The service fee is $1 for each can or bottle of beer and $10 for every 750 milliliters of wine.

Also, the restaurant has extended its hours to allow people to linger a bit longer. The new hours are 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-7:30 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5-8:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
