Farmhouse-inspired Roses by the Stairs Brewing opens in central Phoenix

By Jess Harter Tuesday, May 17, 2022

Roses by the Stairs Brewing, a farmhouse-inspired brewery that takes its name from the lyrics of a Blink-182 song, has opened in the former Easley’s Fun Shop building near the southwest corner of McDowell and Fifth Avenue in central Phoenix. The brewery, which plans to specialize in sours and naturally fermented ales, has released a few beers to select bars in recent weeks, but has four new beers available only at its taproom this week: a mulberry sour, a farmhouse ale, a saison, and a hazy IPA. The brewery does not have a kitchen.
