Fast-growing Tacos Calafia to open 7th Valley location in downtown Tempe

Tacos Calafia, a former Peoria food truck specializing in Tijuana-style tacos, is planning to open its seventh restaurant location in the former Fuzzy’s Taco Shop space on the southwest corner of Mill and Fourth Street in downtown Tempe. Besides tacos, Tacos Calafia’s menu offers burritos, quesadillas, vampiros, and mulitas. Look for the Tempe location to open this summer.
