Modern American brunch eatery Prep & Pastry coming to Gilbert

Prep & Pastry, a modern American brunch concept with locations in Tucson and Scottsdale, is coming to downtown Gilbert. It’s taking over the space that formerly housed Da’Bayou Creole Kitchen and, before that, The Brass Tap. No opening date has been announced.
