The Local Chandler sports bar in downtown Chandler closes today after a 5-year run, but owner Mike Smith isn’t leaving the Valley restaurant business. The ASU graduate, who has worked in the industry for 25 years, has purchased a We Sell Restaurants franchise and is a certified restaurant broker (one of a select number nationwide to qualify through training and testing for this designation).
