- Main courses: Beef Wellington (pictured), Chilean Sea Bass Papillote, New Bedford Scallops with Risotto, Roasted Duck Breast in Black Cherry Demi-Glace, Bone-In Veal Chop with Morel Mushrooms.
- Desserts: Peanut Butter Chocolate Moelleux, Mousse Citron Meringué, Espresso Creme Brulée Citron Confit.
