Cuisine & Wine Bistro offers Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve menus

Cuisine & Wine Bistro chef-owner Fabrice Buschtetz is planning a special a la carte menu for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve diners.

  • Starters: Baguette and Butter (Truffle Butter available), Oeuf en Meurette, Crawfish Cappuccino, Escargots Façon Fabrice, Auvergnian Salad.
  • Main courses: Beef Wellington (pictured), Chilean Sea Bass Papillote, New Bedford Scallops with Risotto, Roasted Duck Breast in Black Cherry Demi-Glace, Bone-In Veal Chop with Morel Mushrooms.
  • Desserts: Peanut Butter Chocolate Moelleux, Mousse Citron Meringué, Espresso Creme Brulée Citron Confit.
