🌮 Mariscos El Dorado Sinaloa, a family-run Mexican restaurant in south Phoenix, has reopened after three months of interior renovations.
The business grew from a home-based pop-up in 2015 into a food truck and, in 2018, a 9,000-square-foot restaurant and music venue near the northwest corner of Central and Southern.
The sprawling hybrid menu ranges from tacos and quesadillas to steak and seafood dishes to pastas to Latin-influenced teriyaki and sushi rolls.
Hours are 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 9 a.m.-midnight Friday-Sunday.
