Lydia’s Kitchen & Market joins The Frederick in Phoenix

🥯 Lydia’s Kitchen & Market, a brunch cafe serving American classics, has opened at The Frederick, a retail-and-restaurants complex on the southeast corner of 12th Street and Missouri in uptown Phoenix.

The restaurant is a partnership between Jonathan Madrigal, owner of Berdena’s coffee shop, and Chantell Nighswonger and Kevin Cieszkowski, the couple behind The Frederick.

Diners order at a counter, get a number, and grab a seat at a bistro table, a fire pit, a water feature, or a seven-top bar. Or you can shop Lydia’s retail market while waiting.

The menu features French toast, pancakes, scrambles, sandwiches, and more.

Open 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday. Dinner hours are coming soon.
