🍣 Yama Sushi House, a local mini-chain of Japanese restaurants, has opened its fifth Valley location on the northeast corner of Seventh Street and Union Hills in north Phoenix.
The menu offers nearly two dozen specialty rolls, classic rolls, sashimi, nigiri, bento boxes, and Americanized entrees like orange chicken and kung pao shrimp.
Other locations are in midtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Peoria.
