Grey Hen (Century Grand)
A moody, apothecary-inspired NYE tasting from 10:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. For $129++, enjoy champagne welcome, Mediterranean trio, punch intermezzo, martini or Old Fashioned pairing, specialty cocktails, and a midnight champagne toast with caviar bump. Just 26 seats.
UnderTow (Century Grand)
Set sail on a tiki-themed NYE voyage from 10:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. The $139++ experience includes tropical welcome cocktail, sushi flight, paired classics, spring roll and shrimp skewer, additional tiki pairings, and a midnight champagne toast with caviar bump. Limited to 44 seats.
Théa (The Global Ambassador)
Celebrate on the rooftop with a Mediterranean prix fixe and DJ. First seating 4-6 p.m., $150++; second seating 7-11 p.m., $225++. VIP couches available 8-11 p.m. with F&B minimum. A garden-party vibe, skyline views, and a chic countdown await.
Le Âme (The Global Ambassador)
An elegant NYE soirée with a refined French-leaning prix fixe. First seating 4-6 p.m., $185++; second seating 6:30-10:30 p.m., $250++. Guests can also inquire about a VIP private dining room for an elevated, intimate celebration.
Lobby Bar (The Global Ambassador)
Toast 2026 in a polished late-night lounge from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. with live music and an exclusive NYE menu. Cocktail tables and lounges (for 4-10 guests) require an F&B minimum, offering a stylish, sophisticated countdown setting.
The Pemberton
Ring in 2026 at Midnight at The Pemberton, a Gatsby-themed NYE gala from 7 p.m.-1:30 a.m. $99 GA includes lite bites (8-11 p.m.), party favors, and a midnight champagne toast. Upgrade to the $350 Gatsby VIP Package for two plus a Cambria Hotel overnight stay.
Persepshen
Celebrate sustainably with a one-night-only six-course NYE menu featuring ingredients introduced by the growers, brewers, and winemakers behind them. Expect dishes like black truffle Mediterranean salad and 90-day dry-aged Iberico pork ribs. $175 per guest, seating at 6 p.m., with a cocktail hour and parting gift included.
Sottise
Ring in 2026 with Sottise’s once-a-year four-course prix fixe New Year’s Eve dinner, offered indoors or outdoors. Choose from multiple dishes per course, with a tableside dessert by pastry chef Crystal Kass. $125 per person, prepaid reservations. Beckett’s Table
Celebrate NYE with chef Justin Beckett’s three-course prix fixe for $109 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Choose from lobster bisque or burrata starters, mains like beef stroganoff ravioli or blackened bass, and elegant desserts. Regular menu not available.
Pedal Haus Brewery
Celebrate at Pedal Haus’s fourth annual NYE Rooftop Party from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. with DJ-driven dancing, drink specials, and a midnight champagne toast. General admission and VIP tables available.

The Americano

Cala
Cala transforms into Cala Blanc, an all-white après-ski NYE party with DJs, roaming entertainment, tasting stations, and a midnight sparkler moment. Dinner reservations require a $30 deposit and $175 minimum; second seating (9-9:30 p.m.) includes full activations. GA ranges $45-$70, each with champagne and a sweet treat.
Citizen Public House
Chef Bernie Kantak rings in NYE with a three-course New American prix fixe for $80 from 4-11 p.m. Start with chowder, chopped salad, or burrata, then choose coffee-rubbed short ribs or halibut; upgrade to a 14-ounce ribeye for $20. Finish with blueberry bread pudding or chocolate cheesecake.
The Americano
Ring in 2026 at this bold Italian-inspired steakhouse with a lively NYE dinner from chefs Beau MacMillan and Peter McQuaid. Enjoy prime and Wagyu steaks, handmade pastas, cocktails, and a deep wine list. First seating 5:30-6:30 p.m.; second seating 8:30–9:30 p.m.. $125 per person.
The Italian Daughter

J&G Steakhouse
Celebrate NYE with a four-course prix fixe from 5-11 p.m. featuring duck confit rolls, grass-fed ribeye, potato gratin, and sticky toffee pudding. $160++ per person, with a roaming champagne cart, live entertainment starting 8 p.m., plus a midnight toast and party favors.
The Phoenician Tavern

Luna by Giada

STK Steakhouse

The Brickyard Downtown
Toast NYE with a four-course New American dinner. Expect an amuse bouche, welcome punch, elegant starters, scallops, duck, or short rib ribolitta, and dessert. Dinner ranges $75-$95, depending on entree; optional cocktail pairing $50.
Feringhee Modern Indian Cuisine
Toast 2026 with two four-course NYE experiences from chef Vikas Rana. Golden Hour seating 5-7 p.m. includes prosecco and two cocktails ($75, or $55 if booked by Dec. 20). Midnight Reserve after 8 p.m. features unlimited cocktails, in-house music, and a midnight prosecco toast ($85, or $65 early).
SanTan Brewing Co.
Keep it festive but unfussy at SanTan’s downtown Chandler pub with NYE dinner specials and a complimentary Espresso Martini toast at midnight. No prix fixe – order à la carte favorites like smoked prime rib or half roasted chicken with craft brews. Specials and reservations start at 5 p.m.
BlackSheep Wine Bar
Send off 2025 with “Last Bite,” a relaxed three-course NYE dinner from 6 p.m. ’til close. Choose soup or salad, Chicken Marsala or spaghetti pomodoro, and finish with affogato. $50 per person. Add a bottle of wine and toast your way into 2026.
