JC’s Steakhouse in Gilbert will hold its monthly wine tasting at 7 p.m. Wednesday. This month’s focus will be on the holidays.
The food-and-wine pairings:
- Santa’s Lost Reindeer, paired with Monogamy Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Pumpkin bisque and a holiday salad, paired with Skouras Zoe white blend
- Hamkey ((a turkey stuffed with ham, then stuffed with holiday dressing), mashed potatoes with gravy, and vegetables, paired with Becker Family Pinot noir.
- Triple fudge brownie topped with candy cane cheesecake, paired with Terra d’Oro Pinot grigio.
