World of Beer Tempe AZ

Thursday usually is the most popular night of the week for craft beer events. But with Thanksgiving this week, the action moves to tonight:

• Chicago’s Goose Island beers finally have begun migrating to Arizona. You can check out a few of the early arrivals at Papago. (see post)

• Denver’s Great Divide will have a couple of its latest seasonals, as well as some mainstays, on tap at Flanny’s. (see post)

• A rep from California siblings Port Brewing & Lost Abbey will be pouring beers at Taste of Tops.

• Sleepy Dog is hosting a pot luck for its patrons today. Bring in a favorite dish.

• World of Beer is throwing a “Home from School Thanksgiving Party.” Students and faculty from any school can get 50% off all drafts starting at noon.

• SanTan Brewing just tapped their much-anticipated seasonal Winter Warmer. (see post)

• Four Peaks just opened its new taproom at its new west Tempe production brewery. (see post)
