Arizona Pita, a small fast-casual restaurant offering what it calls ‘‘Mediterranean gourmet food,’’ has opened in the Higley Marketplace on the northwest corner of Higley and Baseline in Gilbert. It moves into a strip-mall endcap space formerly occupied by Careful Cleaners. Appetizers
